I think it is finally time to move from my ISDN line to ADSL. I am
looking for recommendations of which company to go with for the ADSL
package. Most important is Linux support. I do not want to be stuck with
the "We only support Windows" answer. I know that Netvision says they
have Linux support. Are there any other companies that support Linux?
Which would you recommend?
Actcom.
This year when I renewed my subscription I think I found that they are
not the cheapest, but they still give static IP and a point in their
favour is that they host some main open-source related sites for free so
I feel that I sort of "make my contribution towrads the cause" (remember
the old "Toto" advertisements "So I'm a partner"?)
(Actcom startted to charge and extra payment for a static IP and I'm too
busy with other stuff to start experimenting with dynamic dns.)
