I use actcom (www.actcom.com). They support Linux and can also provide a
static IP if you need it. Service has been great so far. I've been with
them for about 10 months and the only downtime was because of BEZEQ.

Don't know about any that support linux. Ask about pppoe support, I
believe its easier setting up then pptp. Also go for the eth modem not
the usb one. The small standard usb one (don't remember the name)
doesn't support linux at all. I have the eci and it works fine. It also
has the ability to work as a gateway, at least with pppoe which can
make life easier with macs or multiple computers.

I am working with beseqint. They gave me a deal on paying once every
two months which made them worthwhile, normally they are not cheep. No
linux support, but no immediate aversion either.

Had very bad experience with 012 in the past. They claim to have gotten
better, but I don't know.
