Hm, I only needed to enter "? HEB" once. Since the ALEPH telnet interface uses ISO-8859-8 Hebrew encoding, on modern terminal emulators (xterm, Konsole) which operate in Unicode mode, you'd need to run it thru the 'luit' utility, e.g.: luit -encoding ISO-8859-8 telnet lib.technion.ac.il Otherwise, the Hebrew interface works wonderfully.
