you mean WERE. last year I'm told Weizmann "upgraded" entire labs to
PCs instead of new macs. it was a major blow to Yeda since they were
their biggest customer.

many of them make do just fine with PCs these days, they discovered the
most horrible secret... Adobe on the fastest and most expensive mac is
still not as fast as on a moderately priced Pentium4.

don't get me wrong. I'm a great fan of Apple since my old AppleII, but
until I see proof "in the field" that Yeda are changing their ways, I'm
not leaving the cosy world of x86
