I bought my domain (adir.biz) from active-domains.com. It was as cheap as 
7.5$/year. Now they sale domains from 4.95$/year up to 9.95$ a year.
I am very satisfied with them, and I haven't heard a single word from them 
since then.
They also supply some bonuses for free, such as free parking, URL 
redirections, A, MX ,MXE and CNAME records, as many as you like, without 
using 3rd-party services.
