It does. I don't tink that the word "apt" is mentioned there. Configuring apt sources is part of the distro's job. The vendor of apt4rpm can't guess what distro you have, what are its mirrors, which of them are up-to-date and which of them reside where. That said, /etc/apt/sources.list is really very simple. nd with apt4rpm you don't have to touch it: you can add a source to /etc/apt/sources.list.d .
