Obviously you have never used Micrsoft's Services for UNIX (free download). It includes a very nice CLI with KSH and "C" shell, bash is availble from a third party. The thrid party stuff used to be free, now there is $20 download fee. It includes NFS, and two telent servers. One is like the old windows shell, the other lets you run a regular shell. I ssh into my ssytem and it is just about the same as any other UNIX like susyem. They include GCC and the shell will execute both GCC generated binaries, .exe files and .bat files. I like it so much that when I'm at my windows machine, If I want a CLI, I telnet back into it. :-) Geoff.x -- Geoffrey S.
