Actually I think it's an elegant solution. People write open source and freeware applications for lots of reasons, people write commercial software to make money. Sometimes the two do not overlap. This gives you the best of both worlds. A working video server that does what you want, without having to resort to VNC or similar programs (over a remote line) to manage it or even worse, IIS to serve the pages. IMHO we will never see the day that open software completely replaces prorietary, closed software. The sooner we get on with life, and try to integrate open software as much as we can, the better the world will be. Geoff. -- Geoffrey S.
