nope. It replaces quite few of your installed RPMS btw with something that they build. One side effect that I had is with sendmail - I didn't get any more messages in /var/log/messages, and 2 hours later I only found it that they moved all the messages to ... /var/log/zimbra.log - it's not mentioned anywhere!
