Holy freaking cow, are you seriously suggesting to let the placement agency *edit* one's resume?! there's a reason you submit resumes in pdf, not .doc or anything else that is editable, and the reason is that the placement agency will quite happily lie with regards to your skills in order to sell you. If you do not insist on resume being unmodified and find yourself interviewing for senior VBScript hacker, you'll know who to blame.
