You are reading it backwards :-) There are 428 seeds on the torrent and 26 peers - meaning that there are 428 users who already have the entire file and are offering it for download, while there are 26 people who have still not completed the download and are trying to get it from the former 428 seeds. The way I read it, supply far out weight demand on this torrent, and so your upstream is unneeded as there are probably better and closer seeds nearer to the downloading peers. -- Oded ::..
