WebDAV is an HTTP-based protocol, not a web application. What Ira is
WebDAV allows you to have a network-based filesystem (you can "mount"
webdav volumes both on Windows and Linux) and there are numerous
web-based applications to allow you to configure their webdav volume
to your heart's content.
looking for is more along the lines of Microsoft SharePoint. I don't see
What I read about SharePoint on Wikipedia is that it is a
"collaborative portal system" and sounds like what WebDAV can give you
too.
