While it is entirely possible that your email is being TAPPED, emails actually not being received is infinitely more likely due to misconfiguration or other types of problems, rather than some sinister government activity. Just think about it. What are the odds that someone will be blocking emails that you send to yourself? What's to be gained by said mysterious government agency?
