Why? I don't think IE is an integral part of Windows. I think Microsoft
argued that in its antitrust court case, when it stated that it had not forced
Windows users to utilize only IE, that it had enabled competing
products/browsers. Does it say anywhere in IE's license that it's use is
allowed only within MS Windows?
