Well, just for the record, such home and open-source solutions exist for Linux: http://www.whatsup.org.il/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=3206 Plus, what the proposed law is talking about is doing such a thing at the ISP level, where they can be cross-platform, assuming the end-user software is available for the various platforms. So Linux is not the main issue here. That put aside, I agree with everyone here, who commented and who oppose the law on ethical grounds.
