There are quite a lot of TV tuners which are supported under Linux. It really depends how much you want to invest, whether you want it to replace your graphics card (like ATI All in wonder), wether you want it to be a "smart" card (with MPEG encoding in hardware instead of software) and wether you want to have a USB solution or PCI solution.
