Perhaps some change in BIOS settings (such as PNP settings)?

Can you try booting with knoppix?

Perhaps some hardware problem? Can you try using the cards (one at a
time) on some other machine (perhaps with knoppix)? Or at least take out
one of them at the time and see if the other works?

Perhaps you have the output of lspci -vv from before, when all was
working well?

I do not like the 'pin ?' and the 'IRQ 0'. I do not know what they mean,
I now checked on three machines and non of them has either of these.
