I have found that (on bezeqint), if you send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
and ask them to call back, they will do that rather quickly, and it will be a 
competent supporter. For better results, you can write in the email that you 
use Linux :)

About a year ago I sent a similar email to barak's support email. I'm still 
waiting for an answer.
