Thanks, Sara. I do not want to sue them but as they refused to disconnect me I am writing a nice long letter telling them that I will take the matter to court if they do not disconnect me willingly. I cannot believe that they would ruin their reputation over this. If they would have just disconnected me they would not have even lost me as a customer: surely I would come crawling back after getting burned by Nezeq sometime. But now?
