WiFi is limited in Israel to 100mW EIRP (Effictive incident radiated power), so the most that could come out of a Wifi antenna would be 100mW.

When I tested my BEZEQ router with a microwave oven leakage detector (they use the same frequencies) at about 3 cm the WiFi signal was . 35mW per CM2. At a meter that would be about 1/1000 of that, (slightly less than 1/900th to be exact), or .00000035 Watts.
