Noam beat me to it, but here's perl solution without additional variables:
#!/usr/bin/perl
%hash = (a=>['moo','goo','woo'],
foo=>3,
baz=>5);
$ref = \%hash;
foreach my $elem (@{$ref->{a}})
{
print "$elem\n";
}
