I have a new problem that is annoying though I can live with it. On my desktop, within a second after choosing my Fedora Linux kernel within Grub and booting into Linux my keyboard disconnects and e.g. the NumLock key no longer turns on the NumLock LED. The solution is to disconnect and reconnect the keyboard anytime afterwards, and it returns to normal. My keyboard is connected through a PS/2 connector.
This started happening a few weeks ago and I have no idea what changed. Does anyone have any idea how to debug and solve this? Thanks! Dov
