[LIH] latest version of ncpfs?

hi,
is ncpfs-2.2.0 the latest version of ncpfs?
Makeinit in the distribution mentions

MOUNT2=1  # for kernel 2.0.x
MOUNT3=1  # for kernel 2.1.x

but nothing for kernel 2.2.x

i tried compiling on kernel 2.2.13 with both of the options one by one and
it refuses to compile. (comes out with errors).
has anybody compiled ncpfs on kernel 2.2.x.
any pointers/help is welcome.
