this is in response to the 1st problem.
since all ur space is already taken by the existing partitions , to add a new Os u
will
have to squeeze space out of the existing partitions only, becuase u don't want to
delete
the existing partitions , should use a partitioning tool like partition magic,,
first  the data is
compressed and then put in contiguous blocks and then new partiton will be created.
