Another thing is that -- when he fires up netscape when not connected to
the net, and his start page is http://www.netscape.com (or
whatever) ... netscape attempts to instantly fetch the webpage. If not
connected it can't fetch the page, and so gives an error :)
Fix: Set start page as "blank" in edit - preferences.
