I would not suggest TIS Firewall Tool Kit (FWTK) in today's world. AFAIK, there
is no development being done on FWTK and lacks some of the bare minimum
requirements. Let's say VPNs.
Take a look at www.opensourcefirewall.com. They have a firewall product by the
name T.REX. You can download the source code from
http://www.opensourcefirewall.com/trex_source_download.html
