I don't think the sed and the formail are actually required, if you
just set your mda as "/usr/bin/procmail" or "/usr/bin/procmail -d
r.suresh", the mail will appear in your mailbox without any extra
headers added.

Do you mean bounce in the procmailrc file, or in your MUA?
