If you just need two document roots, then there is no need for two httpd
processes. Just access your /home/anil/sys directory as http://whatever/~anil
(You have to set UserDir in the configfile).
Or you can setup a virtual host.

You can have one DocumentRoot password protected, and another not. Use the
.htaccess file to your advantage.
