I had also brought the SX cards but it did not work on RH 6.1 the patch
is for kernel 2.2.14 , but it does not work .
The modem does not get a HUP signal even after the prson has
disconnected from the server.
So logically the bash still remains on that port and no one else can
connect.
I had done a stand by solution by writting a program to kill bash with
HUP after the ppp disconnects .
I even talked to Rodger Wolf who has written the driver for SX /SI
cards.

Even he was not able to solve his own problem.
I was very dissappointed he even gave me a new patch (unreleased) of his
for 2.2.15pre12 kernel but it gives me reject so that is also not
working so i had to switch back to IO 8+ cards.
Till the driver is in the 2.2.15 kernel thats what i think
