the ISPs who are providing connection CDs are doing this just to make it
easy to install and get the account activated using sign-up service
so use the sign up option for activating the account
once you know the settings like dialup number in your
city,username,password,DNS server and mail server ip just create a dial up
connection in kppp and use CHAPauthentication
while connecting key in your username and password and click connect
