[[SureshR]]  Here is your problem.  Sendmail tries to resolve xx.com and
fails to do so.  To fix it (if it is in a lan), enable
feature(accept_unresolvable_domains) (or something like that) in sendmail.cw
and regenerate sendmail.cf.  

[[SureshR]]  Note that if this box is on the net 24X7, you don't need to
enable this feature.  You will just have to ensure that xx.com exists :)
