Hi,
I suggest you go for a SiS6215 Card. :-)
After all, it has been sometime since we heard about that.
For the Ethernet Card, RealTek 8129 would be fine and it is supported
by Linux happily.
I would suggest that you do not go for a creative CD-ROM drive.
Acer CD-ROM D's are good or a hitachi drive ( that's what I have :-)
