Explore2fs works on win98 but not really as well as one would hope. for
example it doesn't integrate into windows explorer like e2fs_nt which used
to work fine for me on windows 95 but fails under windows 98 :(
this allows you to mount  a linux drive ( although i think it is read only
) and have it directly visible under the explorer .
ltools doesn't work for me either giving  inode read errors.

so at the moment only explore2fs works on my machine...
