Please look up the latest version of modutils. 'modclean' is a new
feature. Debian GNU/Linux package 'modutils' now puts modclean as
a daemon which can be controlled by the start - stop switches.
Runlevel control via 'update-rc.d' is a feature of Debian GNU/Linux
which comes in convenient in these difficult times.
