Hello Ajay,
welcome to Linux world. Be rest assured, C graphics
programming in Linux is quite easy.
Basics first. Linux has a built-in C & C++
compiler(along with many others too), which is
installed by default. So, all you need to do it is to
write a C program and do
cc <program_name.c>
If no errors, then the Program is compiled and you get
a executable -- a.out in your directory. Now type
./a.out
THe ./ is specifies that the executable is in the
current directory.
Refer man page on cc for more options and details
man cc
The header files are almost the same as in
DOS/Windows. But, for graphics you need to go for
curses.h
Try out and if any problem feel free to ask.
Bye
Madhesh
