To my experience RHL took 35 minutes inspite of no badblock
checking/quick format. A part of that can be contributed to my CDROM which
generates parity/IO error 70% of times. But still I think 35 minutes is
too much.
One more installation experience I have is 12 minutes flat on PII 450,
48x. Excluded time for partition and choice selection, post installation
configuration etc... That should be OK, I think..
