[LIH] Perl Module Problem

Recently I have had problems with the perl distributed with  RedHat 6.2. I
was adding modules using CPAN - Perl -MCPAN -e shell- when the CPAN module
spit out an error and died.  I Could not add _any_ module using install
Bundle::libnet or install Bundle::CPAN etc. Has anybody had similar
problems?
