When i tried to install suse from chip cd, it shows1.56 mb unallocated
space, 500 mb extended dos and 2000mb primary dos but it refused saying
that minimum installation required more space.
I know the space is not the problem but extended partition is the
problem.
Extended dos partition can not be with suse in chip's cd.
cause i have tried allocating 3000gb to primary dos and 1 gb unassinged.

Then it was ready to install suse.
If this problem ( of extended dos partition ) is unsolvable then suse is
useless for me.
I think red hat doesn't have such restrictions.

Please guide me to solve the problem.
Some times back i have posted the same problem and someone suggested
that ishould first create partition with redhat 6.1(boot from cd, create
partion from disk drue, save changes, and reboot), in this case suse
shows the 1.5 gb linux native partition but when i selected it for
installation same message appears.
I don't know what to do?

Pls reply as soon as possible.
