Hi all
While reading ppp documentation, I came acroess BSD compression and
deflate option. I tried them and found 'deflate 10' giving me very fast
throughput. But kpppload was showing an abnormally high speed like
6-8kbps.(Really abnormal for eth). So I am not sure the throughput
improvement is due to what factor. Later I was not able to produce the
same effect.
Can anybody give me experiences/pointers on this... Just wondering...
