Hi Madhesh, 
as u have a socket 7 mb, which is very old, u must
manually change the jumper setting (EDO RAM uses
higher voltages to work than the SDRAM) for the RAM
slots which control the voltages.  But I would suggest
that you consult the mb manual to find exactly where
the jumper is located and its status of operations.
Otherwise the next best thing to do is get a qualified
personnal to do it for you.
