rakesh pawar saw fit to inform LI that: 

>If you really want to block the telnet access your
>users then do the following things;

>1)comment the telnet entry in your /etc/inetd.conf
>file
>2) restart the inet service by /etc/rc.d/init.d/inet
>start at the prompt.

That will shut off telnet to _all_ users.  This guy wanted to selectively
allow / deny telnet services to his users.
