try this

1. edit /etc/fstab file

2. add "dev/hda1 /dosc auto defaults 0 0" (without quotes) at 3rd or 4th
   line.

3. save the file.

4. run the command "mount /dosc"


hopefully you will be able to mount the dos partition.
