Hi all,
I have a ZOOM 2836 33.6Kbps Modem. it is connected on com2 i.e ttyS1
but I cannot get the dialtone or any response from it.
even wvdialconf reports that it didnot find any modem on ttyS1.
and one more thing I would like to know that How Do I communicate to my
modem directly by giving 'AT' Command sets.
we do the same in DOS by say ' echo ath1 >com2' HOw do I do it in Linux.
I am using RH 6.1
