Procedure is more or less the same.
Install NT.
Let the booting partition be FAT/VFAT
Let other partitions be NTFS etc as you please.
Install Windows.
Install Linux with LILO in MBR.
I am not sure if you will be able to use NTFS from Linux.
I hat only FAT/VFAT for me.
