[LIH] HUGE messages

Oh my GOD!! You sent another *HUGE* message! Please configure your
mailer not to send a "Lotus Encapsulated Note" which is ~ 300K in size
with every message, and not to send multipart messages at all. Please
send only plaintext messages. You already filled 1000 peoples mailboxes
with 500KB of junk!
