if you know the on which partiton you have installed the Linux then you can
use loadlin (can be downloaded from net) with appropriate parameters to boot
to linux and after doing so you could run lilo to again put itself in the
MBR

Note: I am not sure about the suggestion above but it should work as loadlin
is used to load linux from dos with the partiton information and other
parameter.
