OK.  Is _your_ box a linux box?  If so,

1. Stop sendmail
2. Edit /etc/sendmail.cf
3. Look for a line marked DS
4. Make it DS your.smtp.server 
#use fqdn, or use [ip.ad.re.ss] (square brackets)

>[EMAIL PROTECTED]

In yr smtp servers sendmail.cw set 10.0.0. or 192.168. (your local subnet)
