Hi,
Just got RH6.2 up and running , install interface is similar to RH6.1
though it's written in a diff language. Lot's of support for hardware
is provided, both old and new. Xwindows did'nt start properly for
me at install though, even though horiz && vert freq and correct graphics
card were mentioned and resolutions probed.
Had to fire good ol Xf86config to get everything fine.
RH6.2 does offer few significant & useful packages like
gnomePGP,Kerberos,glade,fetchmail 5, several other upgrades etc.. (one
notable mention is gedit- which was notorious for crashing in the 6.1
distro).But if anyone has been adding the latest packages to their 6.1
distro, there ar'nt many significant gains, goin for the upgrade.
Though one might be tempted to cull the wide array of development
tools from the 6.2 cd, into their 6.1 box.
