Yes it will, but it is better you don't do it:). It'll create a huge 
single FS on ur FAT32 part and will be slow. But that is after you 
install it. Just try to install it and you'll give up after half an 
hour. It'll barely have copied 10% of the stuff;). So stick to the 
ext2 fs.
