Hi Amit,

This way we will not be able to solve your problem. These files should get installed 
when you 
install oracle and not copying like this.

The file which you have mentioned is around 5.8MB. I will not be able to send you such 
a huge
file. Please try to install Oracle as per the instructions given on my home page & 
hopefully 
you will be through. The oracle installer has got some bugs.
